Analytical and forecasting problems have been researched and applied by many managers and economists in the country and the world in the production and business activities, including the industrial sector. Thai Nguyen Tea is currently making a name for itself in the international market with a special prize in the international specialty tea competition; Collective label “Thai Nguyen tea” is protected in the US, China and Taiwan. At the APEC 2017 Summit, 02 Thai Nguyen tea products were selected as gifts; It is the product of Tuyet Huong tea of Tuyet Huong Tea Cooperative (Dong Hy) and Dinh Tam Tea of La Bang Tea Cooperative (Dai Tu). Tea is an important industrial crop in the economic and social development of the region. In the process of international economic integration, in order to survive and develop stably, the tea industry must have suitable new solutions in order to develop the output and quality. quantity of tea. One of the urgent tasks of the solutions is the analysis, evaluation and forecast of tea output in the following years in Thai Nguyen province to develop appropriate strategies.
