Abstract
Purpose of this paper is to obtain the better understanding about students’ perceptions of academic staff service quality in Eastern University, Sri Lanka. This paper adopts the SERVQUAL model to measure the level of service quality exists among academic staff in the point of students. This study carries out descriptive survey method and developed questionnaire was developed and issued to 150 undergraduates of faculty of commerce and management. This study shows that there is high level of service quality existing among academicians’ service quality in faculty of commerce and management, Eastern University, Sri Lanka.
